Update: If any of my students are concerned about their grades, please email me!  There is a "Cougar Fitness Assignment 2020" posted in my files that can be used to help get your 3rd Quarter grade up.  Please reach out to me with any questions or concerns. Also, please contact me if you would be interested in joining a Zoom meeting, so we can touch base and see each other for a few minutes.  If I hear from enough of you, I'll set something up. 

I have provided a copy of my virtual classroom and office hours below, however, please feel free to contact me anytime with any questions.  I'd like to remind my P.E. students that, while it is optional, please try be active at least 3 times per week, for a minimum of 30 mins.

I know it's difficult to stay motivated right now....but, to my athletes.....those that continue to work hard at conditioning, and at their craft during this time are going to be a step ahead of the competition when your seasons finally roll around.  Work on your individual skills, there are plenty of drills(if you need help, let me know I'll help you find some!).

Get better, get stronger!!

:  Things have gone from bad to worse unfortunately, and I'm terribly disappointed that I won't be able to see you guys until next year...and, 8th grade maybe not at all?!  It breaks my heart.  All of you are the reason that I love to teach!

Keyboarding:  Classes can continue to log into the typing website at, there is a link provided on my links page.

I will be monitoring progress.
